The simple terms

We try to keep things plain. Here's how the free preview and the work that follows are meant to work.

The free preview

When you ask, we build you a real, working version of your site and send it to you at a private link, at no cost. There is no obligation to go further. Looking at the preview does not commit you to paying anything.

Price and what you pay for

If you decide to keep the site, we agree a clear, fixed price with you first, before anything is owed. Hosting and keeping the site running is a separate, small ongoing cost we set out plainly. You never owe anything you did not agree to in advance.

What you own

Your domain is yours and stays yours. We never register, transfer, or take over your domain or nameservers without you. The content you give us stays yours. Once your site is paid for, it's yours to keep and to take elsewhere if you ever want to.

Your part

You're responsible for the information you give us being accurate and yours to use, including text, photos, logos, and prices. Please don't ask us to publish anything unlawful or anything you don't have the rights to.

No guarantees on outcomes

We build you a good, fast site and set it up to be found, but we can't promise specific search rankings, traffic, or sales. Those depend on many things outside a website.

Liability

We do our work with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing here limits anything that can't legally be limited.
